What the states mean
- awaiting deposit — The deposit address is live. Send the exact amount shown.
- deposit seen — Your transaction is visible on chain and is confirming.
- confirmed — The deposit is confirmed and the payout is queued.
- complete — Paid out. The transaction id is on your order.
- quoted — Quote locked, deposit address being issued.
- underpaid — Less arrived than the order priced. The desk returns it.
- expired — The lock ran out before a deposit arrived.
- refunding — A return of your deposit is in flight.
- refunded — Your deposit has been returned.
- failed — Held for an operator.
- Quote. Pick the pair and an amount. The desk prices it from live feeds and shows the exact figure you receive, net of every cost.
- Lock. The rate holds for fifteen minutes from the second it was issued.
- Send. The order gets its own deposit address. Send the exact amount from any wallet you control.
- Receive. Once the deposit confirms, the payout goes out to the address you gave, and the transaction id lands on your order.
- The fee is 10% of the amount delivered, in every direction, already inside the numbers you see.
